Coby has nearly a decade of industry experience and possesses a deep passion for helping people buy, sell, and invest in real estate. Known for his hands-on and proven approach, Coby has personally worked with hundreds of clients and continues to lead one of the highest-performing real estate teams in the region.
Originally from Austin, Texas, Coby has proudly called St. Louis home for the majority of his life. After graduating from DeSmet Jesuit High School, he went on to play collegiate baseball at the University of Missouri before launching his first business at the age of 21—AGAVE Mexican Table and Tequileria—an award-winning restaurant that quickly garnered local acclaim. Later, as Director of Business Development for a nationally recognized restaurant group, Coby helped expand operations across four cities and led the growth and development of a 500+ member team.
In 2015, Coby transitioned into real estate and quickly established himself as a top-performing agent in St. Louis. His success caught the attention of MAPS Coaching, the coaching arm of Keller Williams Realty International. In 2018, he joined their elite team to coach some of the nation’s top agents, helping them grow their businesses while maintaining a balanced and fulfilling life. Today, as The Collective’s Director of Sales, Coby serves as a partner to his sellers, buyers and investors, as well as his team of dedicated full-time professionals.
