The Collective Moves to Kirkwood
Something special is happening on West Monroe. The Collective has opened its doors at 121 West Monroe Avenue, right in the heart of Kirkwood. More than a headquarters, the Collective Home Center is a place where neighbors, clients, and friends can connect. A destination where real estate feels approachable, conversations feel personal, and everything for home comes together—sales, mortgage, title, insurance, and more.
Honoring the Past, Building the Future
Right next door at 115 West Monroe, history is being restored. The Bopp House, built in 1867 and one of Kirkwood’s earliest residences, is undergoing a thoughtful renovation. What was once hidden under vinyl siding has been revealed as timeless red brick, still strong after more than 150 years.
This restoration is about more than bricks and mortar. It’s about honoring Kirkwood’s past while preparing it for the future. It’s a chance to preserve local history while creating modern space for new businesses.
